Providing a secure network environment, while maintaining ease of administration and convenience for users is an increasingly difficult task for network managers. Identity driven solutions achieve this by integrating network authentication with Directory Services and dynamic VLAN configuration.

Our preferred solution for delivering a secure and cost effective Identity Management solution uses HP Procurve Switches, 802.1x Network Authentication, RADIUS servers, and HP Identity Driven Manager (IDM) software. DecoTech can implement this solution in either a Microsoft Active Directory or Novell eDirectory environment. HP's IDM solution uses the same technology for both wired and wireless implementations, eliminating the need for two separately administered systems.
